Since Croatia is in the finals of WC i decided to upload this simple reskin for pl08 - No Jacket Leon
there's room for improvements but i dont intend to reedit it

NOTE: I don't wanna disrespect anyone else or promote my country as the best and others are nothing - NO WAY! i'm just happy for it and i thought it would be cool if anyone is interested in this reskin and this WC was a show to behold and everyone gave their best for their countries so there's no need for hate, thank you

There are tutorials on this site for RE games on which tools you need and how to use them.
You can ask me on Discord if you need details.
Reskins can be done with just image editor, edit the image, Save replace and start the game.
