I do not know why this error is happening, I've done almost everything to fix but I still can not, I've uninstalled and installed again, I've already downloaded DirectxSDK full and it also did not solve the problem, I already installed all the XNA framework and it did not help at all.  This error happens when I open the program.

There are several versions of this tool. Not sure if you tried using another version? I havent encountered this error yet though! a simple google search yielded this: xboxforums.create.msdn.com/forums/t/17230.aspx - not sure if this will help Cheers

I have already seen this publication and others, but none solved the problem and I also used different versions of the program and nothing solved, I did a complete cleaning on the PC and now I am installing the important updates to see if the problem solves.
