Nice mod man! you know the only flaw? that fucking scarf! im not saying its horrible cause you modded it, im saying this in general, i hate that scarf man! please remove it!

Ok Yeah it would have been cool to have 2 different versions of Leons Gangster outfit, one with and one without the scarf  sadly i cant do it -_-

i can't use leon mafia costume, still in normal mode I think you must complete Seperate Ways and / or Assignment ADA to unlock Special 2 Costume bro xD

If I recall correctly you only need to beat the game on Normal difficulty...

Costumes
Complete game for "RPD" costume.
Complete Separate ways for "Mafia" costume.
Weapons
Matilda - Beat the main game once
Infinite Rocket Launcher - Beat the main game once
Handcannon - Obtain a 5 star rank with all characters on all stages in the Mercenaries minigame.
Chicago Typewriter - Clearing Assignment: Ada unlocks it for Separate Ways. Beating Separate Ways will then unlock it for the maingame.
P.R.L. 412 - Beat Professional mode.

Thanks DarkSamus, since I don't really like the Special 2 Costume I never bothered to check when it unlocks...
