Resident Evil 5 - Night Terror (Story Mode Mod)

Hi I need help with an error I'm getting after installing the mod  I've tried installing the mod manually and with the mod manager but upon start the game every time it tells me it can't open the file:

K:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Resident Evil 5\nativePC_MT\id\jpn\menu\top00\model\top00_bg01_360_BM.tex 183

I've looked all over the internet and tried everything I can think of but can't fix it.  Do you know what to do?

Hey man great mod! probably the best story mod out there!

however i have run into a few issues with some of special items u have put  for example :

1) Samurai Edge : first ever chapter right before the public assembly area.
==>model appears in my hand but doesnt show icon of any sort in neither inventory or  near my health

2) combat Knfie : "same issue as above" + although it seems though there is one specific for sheva and one for Chris  
u cant equip each other's from what i can tell , is it supposed to be like that ? also is it stronger than the normal knife u 
start with ? i mean this one is taking an inventory slot so it better be good haha

3) Hand to Hand (item): same with samurai edge  , doesnt show anywhere and when equipped chris just stands there
as if he was idle ,  cant seem to use it tried aiming  firing  action button but nothing seems to work ..i thought it would allow me to use melee whenever

i choose without prompts though i imagine it would be OP if u cant just punch through everything but my god would it be fun! 
I installed the patches in order , and i have RE 5 Gold edition , maybe there is a patch to fix these icons ? make Melee work ?
and as a bonus , i liked everything about the mode besides 2 things (which is totally subjective but personally would like 2 things done differently) :

4) Alison :i just wish if i can disable her completely or be able to kill her and be done with it. i really hate how she is invincible , i have no option but to run and she has wesker moves and dodges and most areas arent designed for that fight , since im supposed to hide then ambush her otherwise she just dodges.."normal wesker stuff" meaning she has wesker power without much counterplay.

5) marshlands : some laser puzzles are just too buggy and unclear what i need to do , i played it on easy first got throw it but when i replayed it on harder difficulty it seems though more of those are added , which i have no idea how to get by them and sometimes they are invisible which breaks the emersion ..can they be just skipped ? or is there a video showing how to get by them at least
