Guys, as some of you may know, i made my first reskin for Helena, the "Ginger Helena", but, besides her hair, almost never her body shows up in Asia campaign. Can anybody teach me how to make it work entirely or tell me if it's possible or not?

because you need to change all Helena Asia arcs
if you just changed "Helena Asia"
then you need to change the other ones with normal and dirty textures:
uPlTex0110_0.arc
uPlTex0110_1.arc
uPlTex0110_2.arc
uPlTex0110_3.arc

Then you made a mistake, just extract your modded arcs again and you will see there must be the original textures inside, otherwise the game would not render the original textures.
uPlTex0110_1.arc is the first dirt Level
uPlTex0110_2.arc the second dirt level, depending on wich part of the story you are, one of these will be loaded.
You cant make anything wrong here, just double check if your modded textures are inside and you are playing the right chapter.
Maybe Check if you have a "data" folder inside your Resi6Game folder with Helenas uPlTex0110 arcs. If you have them there too, you should change them, or delete them.

X:\Steam\SteamApps\common\Resident Evil 6\nativePC\arc\DX9
but maybe you have this here too, then check the files here
X:\Steam\SteamApps\common\Resident Evil 6\nativePC\data\chara\pl\uPlTex0100_1

I only looked into uPlTex0110_1 and there was the _BM.tex files missing (the diffuse Textures). Just the _NM.tex and _MM.tex of her cloths and skin where there, but you need the BM textures here too.

Ok, here i am again. I tried working with the Upltex files again, but for some reason, it doesn't want to work. I tried everything: replacing the files multiple times, added the code line of the texes to the txt, i even used Tough Helena txts to see if it works, but nothing. I got so pissed off that i had to quit, at least for some time. So i BEG you: can somebody repack the files to me, please? did you do your reskin BEFORE or AFTER installing any model swap patch?

I deleted the game and re-install it completly, then I took the original files before installing any patches.
and they finally changed the way I wanted.

But what makes me angry is: any other reskin i put, works. Like yours Tough Helena. It works perfectly. I think the game just doesn't like me. Anyway, thanks for the tips, Johnny!
