I can't figure how to mod the UHD version of Resident Evil 4. I tried finding tutorials but I can't find any.  The tutorial I found is I think the 2007 version. Because these files aren't the same as mine.

This question seems a bit broad. There are many way to mod this game (sound mods, player skins, character models, stage mod etc). . Perhaps if you explain what it is you want to do we can help you out.

Nevermind I found the problem. I downloaded a mod from the 2007 version so I couldn't replace it with anything. I found a mod that is for the UHD version and had folders that were the same. I didn't know before that I downloaded a 2007 re4 mod before hand. I was able to figure it out and just replace the files with the new one. The mod I got works fine. It's way easier modding Resident Evil 5 than 4. Maybe it's because I'm not used to it but that's beside the point.
