I was originally going to post this in Modding Questions but put it here instead in case somebody wants to do this fix for me or if they actually want make their own version of this mod. There is a mod for REmake Wesker but it was done with his shades being too much transparent. The modder even agreed with me and told me that he was going to fix his shades but never did and seems to be inactive now. I wanted to know how I can go about fixing this and making his shades black or super dark transparent like it is in the actual games or if somebody can do that for me I'd highly appreciate it. The farthest I got was extracting the mod with Arctools but I can't find or tell which of the files are the shades and or how to change the color/darkness/transparency. This is how the modder made him: This is what i'm going for: The thread for the original mod in question is here residentevilmodding.boards.net/thread/3498/resident-evil-hd-remasterIf you need a reupload to check it out, let me know, I still have this REmake Wesker

If somebody even at least knows which files are for the shades to modify then that I would highly appreciate that.

I waited 3 years for those shades!! xD I didn't want to be the gimme gimme impatient pest so I trusted that the modder was gonna do it since he gave me the word and it seemed like a such small task. I had no experience with anything but now i'm packin sum heat lol. The changes I made to the shades actually didn't need 3DS Max. I think I just used Paint.Net but I still absorbed some knowledge. Oh and Noesis helped alittle bit too with educating me on some small things about how the model and texture relationship stuff is. 3DS Max is still tough for me. I'm currently trying to figure out how to fix this Boss Wesker's Rhino Charge with skin wrap or whatever because when he does it....his limbs stretch out of control lol.
