I open the r104 udas file via UDAS_Extract , then open HxD editor and insert the ITA file in hex editor, then measure the length of 9C and look for values B9,BA ,BB (r,g,b eyes)

why don't you use the ITA tool instead of HEX editing? I mean that works fine if you know what you are doing, but it sounds like the tool might be an easier way for you to do this. In any case, what happened when you looked for values B9,BA ,BB ?
