RE to Biohazard title screen w/episodes and voice

Hello Everyone!
Back again with another "Resident Evil to Biohazard" conversion mod.
RE: Revelations 2 title screen and episodes endings are replaced by Biohazard Revelations 2 ones and the voice just says Biohazard.
Once again I did this mod for myself because I just got into Rev 2, but feel free to report any bugs or leftovers, I'll fix them asap.
I'd like to thank DarkSamus A LOT because he did the exact inverse mod (BH > RE), which made my job way easier than usual.
I've added you as a co-author in the archive comments, readme and so on.
Fully compatible with Fluffy Manager 5000.
