And to answer your question about the EFF files… I have written a tutorial on how to edit these files… Many of the weapons do in fact have EFF files and can be edited. Be sure to check out the tutorial in the tutorial section - 2018 tools

you have to understand how to edit effect file. I do not know how to edit eff for the 2007 version, only for the UHD version

wushuangxiaojinyu At first when I was editing the effects in normal re4, I had a hard time understanding it, I had done too many tests, it has taken me at least 3 years to understand it and there is still more to discover XD , Mr.Curious He has already done tutorials as he mentions for re4UHD, although I do not have a PC to support the game, I can see that the data is very similar. If you want to learn, you can start with this, take it easy. link_guide
