Hey everyone, I've lurked here for awhile, but only just got around to making a profile. I've only made a few recolor mods that I've been using for personal use (like I colored Chris' shirt, pants, and shoes black in RE5, that type of thing) and I guess my goal as of right now would be to try and learn how to swap character models from one RE game to another. Equipped with almost no modding knowledge and a copy of Blender, I'll see if I can learn.

From my experience, yes.

Welcome So far we have a working script for Blender which can import models back into RE6 and Revelations with some limitations obviously.

Thanks for the welcome. I knew coming in that Blender wasn't nearly as widely used as 3ds max is in this community, but since I'm just starting out I didn't know how much I wanted to invest in modding yet. I've got the scripts downloaded, but I'm still learning how to use Blender (I've only watched a few beginners guide videos as this is the first time I've ever tried to use a 3d modeling program.) I've been doing more basic things like recolors of people's outfits and yesterday I swapped 2 people in Revelations (Jill Wetsuit to Rachel). I'm very slowly working to really trying to change something using Blender and hopefully one day will be able to do more advanced stuff. Again, thanks so much for the welcome.
