So, I've got this idea all of the sudden and i think it would be cool for me to try, But to also share it with you guys. What's the point of this? Simple, I want it to be the best Excella-to-Sheva Model swap ever made. In what way? Non-buggy Facial Animations , Sound effects & Flaw fixes (No Syringe for example) What do you need?
- Someone who can "Unrig" her Lower lip bones (They may be the ones causing that horrible thing on her face), And rig to her Jaw bone. I'd do that but the Blender Script is still a W.I.P and it would mess with her normals.. so.. - Someone with the LMT Tool who can change her Syringe Motion to maybe... Chris' neckbreaker.. DONE, Thanks to plaguedoctor Or maybe trying to add a Syringe through Model Import Shennanigans. I'll take charge of the Sound Effects part (.SPC Tool) If someone wants to be part of this, who can make the required stuff happen, i'll send you the .ARC through PM and you'll be credited in the Release. Time to get back to Modding.. I guess. Anyway, Thanks for reading =D

There's no need in "unrigging" her lower lip bones actually... all you have to do is to find "face.lmt" file inside uPlShebaCos3 arc and replace the one inside uPlExcellaNormal arc As for melee moves, i could offer a helping hand but i can promise much due to a lack of spare time and it's been a while since i did lmt modding

There's no need in "unrigging" her lower lip bones actually... all you have to do is to find "face.lmt" file inside uPlShebaCos3 arc and replace the one inside uPlExcellaNormal arc As for melee moves, i could offer a helping hand but i can promise much due to a lack of spare time and it's been a while since i did lmt modding Actually, I did replace Excella's Face.LMT to Sheva's, but it didnt do justice.. i'll check and see if i did something wrong. Edit: Yeeeeeaaaaahhh.... I totally did. Thanks :C

Somehow it wouldn't actually be a problem, Since both people (The one that uses the mod and the other that doesnt) would see the explosion.. But if it turns annoying then the only thing i'd suggest is if someone can add a Syringe to her. :C But that would require ''Model swapping'' through the 3DSMax Script & etc = A lot of work, i think..

I think i'll stay with Chris' Neckbreaker, Because looking at Excella's motion, She takes too much time to just inject a majini with the Syringe, And Chris' is almost the same.
But also because after making the Head grab, in the screen of the 2P (who doesnt use the mod) you'd just teleport to a certain position after you snapped the Majini's neck.. , Soo yeah.. i'll send you the .arc file through PM,Or i dont need it?

i have an idea, how about moving the chin bone a bit up, then use the original excella's face.lmt and export back? that would keep the lips moving and as the facial structure of excella is a bit shorter will extend long enough to look cool

Not a bad idea at all, But since the Blender Script for RE5 is still in W.I.P, Even if i dont modify anything and export it back to the game, the UV's / normals just get messed up.
