Of course i understand we are still waiting to fully see the extent of Mod capabilities in a number of ways on the new PC version of RE 4. but i just want to throw out there the desire for new Mercenaries maps would be awesome for some talented modders out there to bring to us on the new edition since Capcom was probably to lazy to think of it Haha. it would bring something new to the game indeed. a few locations i am thinking of would be great. Awesome location #1, The final boss fight location with Saddler where the 2 walk ways drop up and down at the end of the game. Awesome location #2, The beginning of the Island where Leon first fights his way in defeating J.J and a number of other enemies. Awesome location #3, Inside the castle in the big open hall where Leon has to fight his way through a few waves of enemies on a couple different levels, I'm sure you guys know where I'm talking about. do we still have anyone around that can pull this off ? i know we used to. just a few suggestions that would add some new flavor to the game. i feel these locations would be great fun.

GIVE THIS MAN A FUCKING CIGAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!   Excellent suggestions my friend! Couldn't have said it better. New Mercs map would be BANANAS!!! Shit, since we're asking for new maps, would it be possible to add the ones from RE5 and RE6???

I have downloaded this game and have some problems. Wondered if anyone else has these problems.
My controller works perfectly except for two things...when i try to move leon forward he moves backwards and if i pull down he moves forward!.
In the status screen my directions with left analog work as they should though. up is up down is down left is left and right is right but when moving
leon up and down is in reverse...
also i cant move my aim when in firing gun mode with the left stick instead it moves with the right analog stick which is my camera stick!

This dam game looks gorgeous but my cutscenes are out of sync sounds. Theres alot of slow down even though my specs should cope with the game.
ANy one else suffering with this new hd game? I know this is supposed to be a horror game but i think capcom have misunderstood the concept of giving us a
horror game. We want a horror game not a HORRIBLE game capcom!
aany way does any one else have these controller issues?

Nope, my X360 controller works flawless in Resi 4 HD (In ALL other games also) i have no idea what the issue might be  Ps. what do you mean by "downloading" the game, YOU DID NOT PIRATE IT RIGHT?

Aha okay yeah heh Steam rocks what controller are you using now? Yes all is working properly in vanilla RE 4 UHD Do you have any issues with them mate?

My frame rate is very weird. Although the graphics are always smooth it is sometimes very fast to suddenly very slow when enemies arrive. Its annoying because i'm thinking mods will one day be applied and if my comp struggles now it'll be hopeless for me later. What graphic cards should i look for btw? any tips , recommendations?

Okay mate look for a card between 100 US$ to 150 US$, usually those cards have extreme value, if you really want a good card i can recommend my GFX card, I have an nVidia Geforce GTX 750 Ti, it has an unbeatable performance per watt it only draws 60 watts! it is also super small, if u have a 300 watts power supply and 1 free PCI express x 16 lane, then ur ready to rock It really is an awesome card based on the brand new Maxwell architecture. This happens when using a Dinput controller, use x360ce to get your controller working in x360 controller mode. This will solve all the issues you are having. I will create a thorough guide on playing RE4 with x360ce and a DInput controller soon.
