hi, I just want to ask the location where to save this maliwei777 script. I got a "runtime error: dotNet runtime exception: Invalid directory on URL" whenever I try to run this script. I'm using 3ds max 2011.

I'm using 3ds max 2011. Well you can run the script on whatever folder you want but the normal directory is this: For 32 bits C:\Program Files (x86)\Autodesk\3ds Max 2011\Scripts For 64 bits C:\Program Files\Autodesk\3ds Max 2011\Scripts Also do you test the script on other version of max studio? i dont have max 2011 so i cant test.

hi Chief, thanks for the help but the script above still didn't work. I have seen this RER RE6 (unofficial)-v0.21.ms posted by FluffyQuack and it runs smoothly.

I download that script from the post above and i get the same error like you so it seems to be the original one that requiere some dll files so you better test the one posted by FluffyQuack ad the RER RE6 (Unoficial) v0.2.1.

The Chief, could you please provide us with the EXACT script you use to successfully port models? I am sure this person is having the same problem as me, where they cannot successfully port models with any of the scripts floating around.

I have 3 sacripts: RER & RE6 (unoffical) - XNA RER & RE6 (unoffical) (This is the one i use for moding) RER & RE6 (unoffical)-v0-21 (uploaded by FluffyQuack) So here is a link with the 3 scripts: www.mediafire.com/download/2cch90vv8396zz7/Resident_Evil_6_and_Revelation_Scripts.rar

Maliweii's script, require the dlls of the XNA Game Studio to can work. You can obtain the XNA GS from the microsoft web: www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=23714 However, to install the XNAGS, you'll also need the Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 at least: www.visualstudio.com/ (I don't remember what version, but in the install program of the XNA GS, it was written it O.ò). Mariokart's script included the XNAGS used intructions on the script, I suposse that Sectus's also made it, that could be the reason why those scripts works on your PC and Maliweiis's script don't. (Or may be other thing, who knows XD).

Thank you for the scripts, but I am still having issues porting models. How did you learn how to port models to RE6? I could only find one video on porting models and in spite of following the video as closely as I can, the models will not show up or will have issues or errors.

Hi Chief, the scripts runs in my 3ds max 2011. however, I can't export my rigged model and save it to .mod file. whenever I press the scripts' ExporToMod button it opens a new window to select a .mod file and not to save it. am I using the right script or is there something I did wrong? All I want to do is to export my models to .mod and .mrl file and play it to resident evil revelations. Is there a way to export rigged models into .mod file?

Well a mistake I had was not noticing that the .mod saves as .newmod, but after that I just could not get model changes of any kind to work at all.
