Basically is the same, this is a EXECUTABLE version of this programs, the difference is that you DONT need perl to use the application.

Well if ure new in the mod maybe u dont know for what is this basically convert the PMD files into SMD files u can edit on milkshape or if ure advanced get the SMD max plugins and load in that or the program that u prefer.
