Hello everybody!

I found a model mod but i would like to change somehting : indeed, in this mod z6.invisionfree.com/Resident_Evil_4_PC/index.php?showtopic=25837 ,i would like to make the skirt longer, but i have no idea how to do it.
I searched into the modding section but don't find any tutoriel ( or i'm really bad at searching) .
Could you help me or send me a tutorial ? Thanks guys.
