Hello. So I tried to install Shirtless Piers mod
I used the mod manager from the same creator, installed everything the proper way, but it doesn't show up in-game. Piers is still in his default skin. What gives?

What gives? this one is a old mod to i made for piers EX3 so maybe u can extract the zip and paste the files into ur re6 directory (NativePC - arc - DX9 - paste here)

That's what I did the first time. Nothing. The second time, as I said, I installed it with the Mod Manager tool and still nothing. The folder/file structure is identical to another working mod, but Piers still ends up with his default skin.

And your playing as Piers EX3? (retro Piers) I'm pretty sure this mod should be working if installed correctly as you've done with mod manager.
