I use the mod manager to do most of my modding so if you don't already have the Mod manager here is a link for you to go and download it

This works for all the RE games and is easy to use once you know how to.
BTW most RE modding starts with NativePC some are different so make sure u know what ur are doing before going further.
Step1: Find the games directory E.G where the EXE is.
Step2: Get a mod for any game.
Step3: (i will use RE 5 as an example) Put the mod into a folder inside the mod manager Games/Re5/mods, then create a new folder with the name of the mod.
(unless this is already done for you then you can just put it in the mod manager MODS folder and jump to Step5)
Step4: (this is the tricky part) After you have a folder with the name of the mod, you need to make another folder called Image and then another folder call Archive
then put the mod in the archive folder.
now put it in the right place for the mod to go if you are wanting to change a model
you would make your file directory to NativePC_MT/Image/Archive then you would put your mod inside the Archive folder.
Step5: Open the mod manager as administrator and click on mod manager ,this will open up the mods you have for a certain game
then just click on what your mod is called an it will automatically install the mod for you.
