I downloaded many story mode mod like Nightmare mod and Extreme Condition Mod, the issue is when I start any of those two, the enemies spawns, but sometime if the game does reach below 41FPS, the hud flashes as if i'm using splitscreen mod (The exact issue the 2nd player faces, but happens due to increase performance).
Is there any solutions to this problem? I mean No Mercy works fine but also has flashing hud without any crashes. I installed all the fixes that are available by creator of these mods.

System Settings:
Resolution: 1366x768
MSAA 2x
V-Sync ON
Screen Quality High
Shadow Quality High
Texture Quality High
Motion Blur On
I tried changing the settings but won't do any good... the game terminates itself just for going lower than 60FPS, is it the shitty Nvidia Optimus?
MY other pc that currently being used for something can play this without crashes and have 60FPS+ at maxed settings:
GTX 750 TI
i7 4790 4GHz
8GB DDR3 1600MHz
