*Note:
- Place file in: \nativePC\arc\ui
- Make sure to rename file to Sub_menu_eng.arc before use.

Additionally, I've (imo) cleaned up the menu by getting rid of some of the side panels and (again, imo) ugly little boxes that surround items when selected, now replaced by a small red arrow. Also removed portrait boarders in the sub_parts00_ID.dds that cause alignment issues, they serve no purpose as the item menu background has these already.

If you'd prefer the original menu, post below and I'll make a default one. All other suggestions\criticisms welcome. I could use a suggestion for an alternative Rebecca to go with Billy in suit.
