I installed some mods to over the EX2 and EX3 costumes but I don't really know how to use them. I'd really appreciate the help. Thanks

You have to unlock those outfits through residentevil.net, then you can use them in Mercenaries.

or u can use the mod manager to get them

Or you can edit your save, tick a few boxes and hey presto! every outfit unlocked.
