What is your graphics card and driver? A similar problem was observed with eyes for AMD users and latest updates drivers.   Try this, go to C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Local\CAPCOM\RESIDENT EVIL REVELATIONS2 and add this line in your "config.ini" for the section [GRAPHICS]: TextureMipLimit=256 TextureMipLimite=256

ya its AMD. that is it? did reverting to older drivers fix it?
taht config file did nothing it seems.

tried the config thing, it didn't work, other than a really small boost to framerate. tried going back to old drivers seems that did not work also.

Try to check the cache, maybe you missing some files and see how it works by default without mods.

without mods it would be the default sniper set. short hairstyle and all, it works fine.
with my mods its the different colors and ponytail hair, but i also know i had the mod working perfectly last year before i uninstall like my screenshots show.

Posting in here: I got to the root of the problem. I did a general poke through the pixel and vertex shaders, turns out the problem was from what I could see on my end that there were textures and the like missing from the head arc. If the game can't find things properly, or if they aren't written into the arc when re-packed then the game will simply display pure grey or pure white if there's a problem.I've corrected it and sent it to caliber70 so if there's any other problems like display issues aside from the grey = no texture/can't find the texture then it's probably AMD related as I use an Nvidia graphics card instead.

i did not touch anything other than the image files and it was working perfectly months earlier.
