I have a texture that has an alpha texture and it does appear transparent but when I try to test it in game it does not work. Can someone please help me I have tried everything? Here is the texture: link

i havent downloaded the file and can tell whats wrong
dont save hair textures as dx1 save it as dx5

if the texture is a hair one try save it as dxt5 argb 8 bpp interpolared alpha
and check no mip maps box to prevent texture bugs ingame!!

man i never got texture errors never never never! before u save open the original textures in an hex editor if is dxt1 save as dxt1 and if is dxt5 save as dxt5
BM=dxt1 MM=dxt1 (re6 is Dxt5) CMM=some textures is dxt1 others dxt5! NM=aways Dxt5
try to put over another mesh! or pick the texture from one PNG file! and check in 3ds max before export if works in selected mesh!
