Time and time i trying to fix the light/bright problem of my models, and one BIG tip of -IronSoul- i got how to fix this TutorialWhen you convert the TEX to DDS create on file TXT, open this file TXT with notepad and you have this: to fix the lighting you need decrease values on the FLOAT POINT, the default is 1.000000, decreasing this value you decrease the lighting effect over your model, to me the best result is 0.700000!

Thank you! I discovered recently that changing parts in the txt file did something with the lighting, but hadn't figured out which part  finally, a clear view!

Can anyone elaborate on this? Whenever I convert the TEX to DDS using RE5 Arc Tool, the only files that come out are the DDS and Header file. There aren't any txt files to edit.

Hi there! Can you tell us what files we need to modified and also how do you do the convertion? Because using the RE5ArcTool doesnt generated any txt file...

Sr. Wesky maybe you have the batch files to convert TEX/DDS and vice versa? To be able to convert TEX files just open the batch file with a text editor and add the line -tex before the -v 7 %1 %2 %3 %4 %5 %6 %7 %8 %9. Heres the link for my batchs if you have any trouble doing that by yourself: MEGA
