:EDIT3: So we were finally successful with more research of the weapon extract arcs. Apparently there is files missing inside of the Patch 1.3, and your weapon extract arc actually helped out a lot till fill in the gaps. We were testing characters to see if they worked in game. We had Chris with Leon and Helena so far. And worked pretty damn well, just testing a few more things to confirm if other campaigns work the same way. Good to hear you got it working. I haven't even had time to test it myself. 3+ player support is something I have in my TODO list to improve, but I'm not sure if I'll get around to it. I remember one overall problem is that weapons can be out of sync between players. Thanks again for the heads up. I wrote down all the findings I had in this section + some other notes. residentevilmodding.boards.net/thread/2577/playing-more-2p-campaignI got up to 4p messing around. Mods do work (like model swaps / imports), but that's where we had our syncing problems. I dunno if its because at least one of us is modding thru the original nativePC instead of the mod manager, but sometimes if someone dies or there's a new checkpoint it goes back to the original character. I used the example replacing all instances of Chris into Carlos. In the beginning if we poke let's say Chris Europe it sometimes works (we see Carlos), but after a certain point (especially after a death) it turns into Chris Europe. We tried restarting sessions, but even in those cases it doesn't always work for everyone. It gets the same issues you were talking about with the weapons syncing. P1 and P2 might see P3 as Carlos, but P4 might see Chris still (and vice versa). We did get some issues with the weapon syncing, but it wasn't too bad. I think it happens if the host has unlocked more weapons with the other campaigns. We found out that weapons for the other characters are based on whether 1P (Host) has got them. For example, I beat the game with the other characters and have the weapons for each campaign. If I host a Leon campaign and 3P uses Chris, they will get all the weapons I earned. On the other hand, if you have someone who has a fresh start host as 1P (Leon), and I use Chris as 3P, I will have his default weapons even though I clearly got them. I am not opposed to this at all. I remember you mentioning a way to limit the weapons before, maybe you can extend that further with the "limit weapon" poke. Instead of having just the one weapon, maybe it's possible to poke multiples (1-3). Just a thought of course. The best thing so far is that it will stay in sync with players even after a chapter completion. Everyone is able to hit start and move on to the next chapter. The only problem is Cross sections. Whether I have the player poke to char in the cross section or add an AI, it will have infinite loading. The only way around this is to stop gameplay, have everyone just do the cross section as normal (Leon + Helena - With - Ada + Agent).

do you have a mod which can change the NPCs costumes in RE1 remaster. For eg Jill and Rebecca in Chris's game ? does the uzi weapon exist in pc version like it did in the orginal version ? do you have a saved game file with all modes, weapons and costumes unlocked ?

I can try some more later, I've got one more idea which might work. - This is the first time I've heard of any UZI weapon. Isn't there something like that in RE0? - No. I've only completed the game two times so far, so I'm not the right person to ask.

Uzi or Ingram existed in the PC version of the original game and can be unlocked if the game is finished without saving . Just wanted to know if it exist in remaster.
Let us know how you get on with NPC costume thing

It's not really important, but maybe you will like it. - GIF-animation support for mod logo - Separate files for screen saver slide show from main files, to make it possible to delete them - Possibility to turn on/off screen saver - Possibility to change pictures set for screen saver

ryanchristy: You'll need to be more specific about what's going wrong. : GIF animation support I'll probably not add. I think there's already a toggle in the config for turning the screensaver on/off. If not, I'll make sure to add an option for it.

I had one small question tohugh - i seem to remember the anti-cheat among other options such as unlocking suvival mode etc to be available - but now i cant see it in the pokes menu. Also when trying to define the REHD dir, the hack just freezes. Thoughts?

Also when trying to define the REHD dir, the hack just freezes. Thoughts? Hmm, I don't know why it would freeze when editing REHD dir. Regarding poke options, that sounds like you don't have RE HD selected as game in the mod manager.
