A new style for Excella.

-A new, darker color scheme more befitting Excella's villain alignment.
-When light hits her dress, it softly shines like stars in the night sky (Very subtle effect, hard to see in daytime stages).
-Replaces playable Excella ONLY (Use FluffyQuack's trainer to play as her in other modes).
