This Reshade preset was made for Resident Evil 4 Ultimate HD Edition. It is meant to make the game look cold, dark and gritty. Make sure you're using the latest version of the game and that the color filter is set to off in the Video Options menu. You can get more details about the shader from the following page: sfx.thelazy.net/games/preset/4180/

Download and extract the following to the Bin32 folder in your Resident Evil 4 directory to install the shader:

Looks fantastic. Great feel for the game. Although, I have issues with the frame rate in 60 fps. Everything is slowed down. It only works if I run it at 30. Any tips on what I can do to make it playable on 60 fps? Also at the top right corner the game is locked at 30 fps with the mod. My graphics card is a NVIDIA Geforce GT 740.
