I would like to know if it's possible to properly swap Piers model in the game for the Piers (mutated) model. I have tested Wilsonso's trainer on the Mercenaries, selecting Piers model and it successfully loads mutated Piers into the game. The model is swapped, Piers' health regenerates, but I cannot make him use either of his two arm attacks. Could someone here please tell me how to resolve this issue?

Wait, did you said that you can't use the both of his arms ? Like what ? Aiming Weapon or Fire the mutated arm ? And Health Regenerates ? Mutated Piers is just working fine for me. Perhaps you forgot to install the Ultimate Shader Package.

When I do download and install it, can I use the trainer to put the arm in Pier's inventory and then choose it from the weapon selection screen, or is it available automatically?

lol. . . . . if you just wanted to use his arm :
- Open Wil's Trainer
- Select Inventory Tab
- Select Between Vertical Weapon 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5.
- Now, find his weapon. [Mutated Hand]
- Once you selected the Mutated Hand, click Frozen checkbox on the right part of the tab.
- Get back to Character Tab
- Now click [Mutated Hand Fix for Full Ammo]
- IMPORTANT !! Make sure that you have [Full Ammo Vertical Weapons] activated before playing the game.
