I just decided to paste this from the shoutbox, but please someone help?
I can easily go to Options, and the menus in it with no lag, everything works fine until i for example try to load(Nothing to load,so i exit),I get "Loading..." stuck for a few good like maybe 1-10 seconds, and then trying to start an actual new game,Normal or easy, whatever,It COMPLETELY freezes at Loading...
And using Task Manager to set the priority high,it doesn't work,it technically freezes my PC until i managed to end the game process.
All in all,Im having trouble with Loading...
Anyone have a solution? Please help me,and help me fast and immediately.
EDIT:Also i have the latest driver for AMD.

Infact,i managed to FIANLLY get passed the loading once to after all the beginning cutscenes, etc,to leon's new game standing point. And it runs fine (i took speed up tips, setting the FPS to 0 by force, oddly speeds it well.) But anyway, uuugh i thought REALLY bad this would help, but didn't,thanks anyways,PLEASE SEND MORE HEEEEEEEEEELP!

It might be your disk usage is 100%, this usually happens when something transferring or loading contents etc.

I already go low, infact low as possible, and whatever it takes to boost it. You know,it did do that, but i've tried it even with the game itself only open. I closed anything else that could have been closed and it still did it.

I had only just then started the PC up,and whatever caused the CPU Usage to go bonkers,it must not have loaded yet,so i could actually load in! And i also just decided to find out how to lower CPU Usage,i simply tried one thing, and BOOM! Im in! Thanks!

Strange... Only solutions I can think is these: Downgrade your driver and see if it helps. What amd gpu do you have? If you do, check the task manager in windows 8 to find out your disk usage. 100% Disk usage = unresponsive programs and games. Your gpu clock might be used by something else. Disable anti-virus program, and end any unnecessary background processes. Try overclocking your gpu tiny bit. That's all I can suggest. Actually try... Use disk-clean up to free up space by deleting unnecessary files. Try optimising your hard drive by defragmenting your hard drive, first analysing the hdd. good luck hope this helps.
