The old ENB for RE5 works with the steam version, all you need to do is a few simple steps.

Instructions:
Extract all but 'effect' folder into root folder. Go into shaderinput folder and rename the file psh031923D9.txt to pshCBF350A4.txt.

PLEASE NOTE:
When using this the same bug that happened before we had with mods where we had stretching artifacts is still thing, this could be a effect of DX9 seeing as we can't use DX10, motion blur, and/or the ENB itself with mods.
