static. its swapped over Claire sniper so yes, you can see it in the videos.
i might swap it over retro claire one day, but for now that is what you have.

yes it is part of the mod. but if that is the case you like the original, just go into the folders, look for the (.arc) file that has the word 'head' in it and delete it, then follow the usual steps to install the mod.
