i can guarantee you this mod/patch has no trojan or virus.
Maluc did trustworthy mods since years. The versus.exe and split screen for the GfWl version for example.
no antivirus programm is perfect and some just jump about everything because of patterns...
Maluc makes his Mods on a deeper code level to make it right instead of trainers that just fuck with the game memory a thousand times per second..

Расслабься чувак и перестань наводить панику тут или где-то ещё, потому, что вводишь людей в заблуждение. Антивирус даёт ложные сигналы об угрозе, там нет никаких троянов и вирусов 100%. Малук проверенный моддинг парень, который очень давно сотрудничает и помогает этому форуму и выпускает свои удивительные работы. Именно он выпустил патчи для сплитскрина и неофициальный Версус режим для поддержки в GFWL версии. Так что тут есть гарантия качества, что его программы и патчи не несут никаких угроз, даже если антивирус ругается!

Anyone found this weird bug where if you play fast, the game will like... freeze for half a second just before new dialogue or an area is accessed?

Patch 1 Fixes By Maluc: steamcommunity.com/app/21690/discussions/0/541906989413705982/Stages.• Ugly waves in Chapter 2-1: The Port (not a stage bug actually, vfx bug). Screenshot. Not fixed. • Chapter 6-1: Ship Deck. Sometimes Majini with a key-card can't jump down after spawn and you can't kill him to get a key-card. Fixed. • Chapter 3-1: Marshlands. Area with crocodiles on the east. After restart from the checkpoint, crocodiles enemy set will be cycled to infinity respawn. Changing stage files doesn't help. Not fixed. • Desperate Escape Stage 1. Some enemies, like a Chainsaw Majini or Gatling Majini, can't get out from the container. Fixed. • Chapter 3-2: Oil Field - Refinery. Restart from the checkpoint, after killing one or both Chainsaw majinies, will cause enemies, that you've killed before, to respawn. Not fixed. • Chapter 3-1: Marshlands. North area. If you place the mines before picking up the quest item, they will disappear while cutscene playing and appear after cutscene's end. In GFWL version, mines will stay in the cutscene and enemies will hitting mines in cutscene. Not fixed. • Mercenaries. Container's collision bug in the Ship Deck stage. Not fixed. Misc.• Slots scheme always sorted for gamepad usage in mercenaries and all Gold Edition content. In GFWL version they are switching if you are using keyboard and have numerical scheme ON. • Games for Windows Live is required to launch and play the game. Fixed by maluc. • Unable to give or request weapons from AI partner in campaign. Fixed by maluc. • Region lock when searching for the game lobby. Fixed by maluc. • Loosing equipped weapon after death in versus mode (except Jill BSAA). Fixed by maluc. • The game shows incorrect country flag when you host a game session and when you upload scores to the leaderboards. Fixed by maluc. • Turning ON anti-aliasing will result black outlines on the characters and objects. • Static title screen. "Resident Evil 5" title is not animated. • Private slots when hosting a Mercenaries, Mercenaries Reunion, or Versus lobby doesn't work properly. Client accepting invite (or choosing "join game" when selecting friend in steam) will get a "The player limit has been reached" message. • During the chapter result screen in co-op, if one player chooses "OK" and second player lets the 60 second timer run out, the game will soft lock for both players. • When hosting a LAN-only server, friends can still join via the internet by sending them invite or having the friend choose "join game" when selecting you in steam. • Lost in Nightmares static camera angle Easter egg (interact with front door 3 times) isn't fully playable with mouse and keyboard controls (aiming gets stuck to middle of screen). • Collision bug, where players and enemies could get stuck in geometry at framerates above 30 is mostly fixed, but it can still happen when playing at 120fps, and it has a very low chance of occurring when playing at 60fps. Its behaviour is now identical to how it was in the GFWL version.

Could there be a fix for model swapped players doing their melee moves correct and not taking knife by tag team melees? It would be cool if that movement swap through partner would work in story mode too. I mean like: 1. Player: Chris + 2.Player: Barry = Uppercut turns into the Rising Upper and his Neck Breaker turns into Hammer Blow

Теперь я смог спокойно оттуда скачать этот чёртов архив ZIP без вмешательства Касперского. Но тогда, я не мог скачать. Что изменилось сейчас, я не знаю. Будь здоров русский.

There is nothing wrong with the patch, it's a false positive, it's clean. Relax Wizard. No more trojan virus in link to fix patch #1 by Maluc. And i downloaded this patch by Maluc on PC.

Add this bug to the list please. Capcom changed the enemies action at mercenaries mode. So, sometimes we have no majinis in our side.

Кто нибудь сталкивался с проблемой в главе 4-1 не могу заработать 3 эмблема,когда прохожу и подхожу к месту где должна быть 3 эмблема(в месте где катающиеся огненые шары) её тупо нету,появляется после рестарта с последней точки,но при её уничтожении она потом не засчитывается? кто то знает как решить проблему? PC - Steam версия

Has anyone said anything about mercenaries characters and stages not unlocking? I've got S's in public assembly and mines with chris and sheva but nothing is unlocking after mines unlocked.

Maybe this a stupid question, but, Even with the patch installed, every time I run the game ,it appears a window saying that games for windows live had an error while installing, I tried to unistalling it, and says the same problem "cannot conect to the web for get data from server" , I have installed the last working version of Games for windows live, and that window doesnt go away, and in the support button only sends me to a page "We are sorry, the page you requested cannot be found."
So WTF? My PC is the one of the problem :c

I was given my version on steam via a gift code. I dont have the xlive.dll in my folders to replace so the patch is not working. I cant swap weapons with my co-op partner. Anbody able to help?
