README DOWNLOAD HEREI've created a new thread to make it easier to separate the the outdated work. The new cutscenes are getting RE-DONE from start to finish. The first pack is DONE!! The old packs were in XVID format. The new are in .264 format! I've also took the liberty of slightly raising the resolution. All bugs and color issues all are solved. Buttons sequences removed! Some extra facts about this release.
It was made using Dolphin to emulate the Wii version and then screen recording software (fraps I think) was used to record the scenes and a hack was used to remove button prompts for cleaner recordings.
There are few very small "bugs" in the release though...
r11fs00 - Cut Too Short (Scene is cut short slightly)
r11fs02 - No Oil (Oil should be coming out of the barrel)
r100c00 - Shotgun Bug (One your first run-through at this point in the game you only have the handgun)
r117s10 - Crossbow Glitch (Bug in the emulation that causes the Crossbow's to glitch a little)
r332s20 - Low Quality (Matrixcn somehow forgot to create a HD version of this scene so the one included is only 512x336 res)
However, despite these small faults.
Overall this is the best HD cutscene release you will find for the game ANYWHERE online.

Here is a fix for the first one of the "bugs" I pointed out above... r11fs00 - Cut Too Short (Scene is cut short slightly) This download only contains one cutscene so I uploaded it to Mediafire. Download here and unrar it to your "Movies" folder If you have the 2.1 Fix patch in the first post you don't need this. Full Length Cutscene...

Just created another fix. This time I fixed r100c00 (Totally re-recorded the scene) so Leon is now holding the standard handgun. Leon With Handgun (As he should at this point in the game)  You can download the fixed file hereIf you have the 2.1 Fix patch in the first post you don't need this. Last fix for now. This time it's for r332s20 so we now have EVERY scene in 720p. Ada Now Supplies Rocket Launchers In HD... Thanx Duke. I got 2 more fixes coming VERY soon. These 2 files are about to be fixed as well... r11fs02 - No Oil (Oil should be coming out of the barrel) r117s10 - Crossbow Glitch (Bug in the emulation that causes the Crossbow's to glitch a little) Which will only leave one left to fix... r221s00 - Eye Glitch (Eyes are supposed to have a lot more "sparkle" to them) I'm uploading the 2 cutscenes to Mediafire right now. When the last one is completed I plan to make a new torrent for the entire cutscene pack with all of Matrixcn's videos and my fixes for those that need everything

Did a comparison between Matrixcn's r221s00.mpg and the cutscene from the HD release on PS3 and I can't see any difference so I am going to assume that whoever reported it as a bug was wrong.  If anyone can see a fault in this video, let me know and I'll fix it, but to me Matrixcn's version looks perfect the way it is now (Looks even better then the PS3 release) Also, I just want to give a HUGE thanks to Matrixcn for doing the work he did on these and giving me the inspiration to correct the scenes that Dolphin couldn't emulate correctly when he originally created them. I honestly think we couldn't get much better for the PC version Enjoy.
