i simply swapped the mod and mrl files in the archives and there is the unpacked archive which goes into the data folder, never had a problem with the head in cutscenes in the first place...

It might be possible the face.lmt that Gina uses is similar to Claire and why it works over top of her. Only way to confirm is to have gina be swapped over Moira. If Gina gets a derp face, we know for sure.

If Gina gets a derp face, we know for sure. it probably is using the same (or similar) lmt as claire - i tried to "fix"  moiras body and this is the result:   but im too lazy to swap moira to gina so not sure 100%

Awesome job! Can you switch the Ep 3/4 models though? Capcom decided to use a new pack for default Claire.
