uploaded 1.1.5 version, may fix wizard problem and maybe yours what's new : - added some debug info on export so that if a vertex is not assignated to a bone Or if max fail to get the bonecount assignated to this vertex it will print a warning message is max listener with fvf infos so i can now where to start if you send me the message.

also codeman if possible please check rigging with the tool because for some reason i have some problems with it now xD like weird ass stretching which i don't know how to fix =\ PS: here is my problem so far whatever i do even i tried rigging it to the body it does this all the time its like its rigged to the Nothingness but i checked every bone and its not its rigged to teh proper bone and its not exporting right and IM GETTING MISSED OF AND I WILL KILL SOMEONE so Codeman if you can help me please do because my head will explode xD that bug is like a mesh rejected,this happens too in re5 & re6 to solved this bug i used another part from the original character.

If you save your 3d model base as 3ds file it can cause those issues I made the same mod an the only problem I found is the vetex in the shoulder. If you can upload your file I can check it and let you know. and here is my mod

New release is out : 1.1.6 , see first post for link and details Nice job mate also i have an error trying to export Chris's cutscene shoulders i was trying to mod today and i got this is the error i hope you can fix it so i can finish my mod {Custom Spoiler} i hope you can give me a fix if you of course know how to fix it xD EIDT: NEVER MIND bug is back WTH IS WRONG WITH THIS SHIT .__.

bug resolved ? looking at your screenshot it looks like an error in the face or vertex array in the mesh you are trying to use for replacing the old one.
one thing i noticed is that all modles used to replace another must NOT be optimised (ie: vertexcount must be equal to 3x facecount) else the script will fail!
to avoid that : open the import first your 3d object in a new max scene and disable optimisations on import :(no vertex,face,normals,smoothing groups optimisation)
the way the script have been coded at start can't simply handle it , i must fix this later as it need major rewrite of the script code)

no its not compatible with 3ds max 2015 it loads the file but i get ther an error skinOps.ReplaceVertexWeights theSkin c #(b1,b2,b3,b4) #(w1,w2,w3,w4) * i thing its the ReplaceVertexWeights i get this error undefined in typ integer. I hope some one can fix it and can make it max 2015 compatibel. *change this line on the script to /*skinOps.ReplaceVertexWeights theSkin c #(b1,b2,b3,b4) #(w1,w2,w3,w4)*/ and it works for me on max 2015 thx to the tread on re 5 moding i update the script that it works with 3ds max 2015 but its not bug free if any one can fix the bugs. updatet script
