dx9 usually have those problems with models, seems like dx9 can show some screwed meshes that dx10 can show them on the good way, but in some cases this can happend on dx10 and dx9 have the good interpretation of the mesh xD, sometimes you can get a total deformation, even with meshes that you didn't exported, by example: dx10: dx9:
