Textures are the same. File sizes are different because PS3 version uses different compression for ARC files, and TEX files are of a slightly different format. You can extract arc files from PS3 if you remove the first 16 bytes. I don't know why they have an additional header. Well, thank you to check out. In any case, I want to get access to PS3 MOD files, which are in ARC archives. Now I want to check how to load MOD PS3 model. You can make changes to your tools please, so that I can extract ARC file yourself? I just do not know how I should delete bytes and what to do. Or tell me how I should remove 16 bytes?

Yes , now would be interesting can see the MOD files , but at this point is crucial a new MaxScript to manage [import/export] .mod files of every REmaster version , so already now we can work with new models , but is important can do this in 3ds MAX that is a large 3D app.

Anyway, I checked PS3 MOD file in the Noesis. If Xbox 360 MOD version can be opened, but with deformation, then PS3 MOD file refuses to read the model completely. So guys, we need a new script/tool converter PS3 / Xbox 360 mod files, like aman made for RE5 or just wait for PC version!

Man, would I love it if we could swap the buttons to the standard US layout. Although that's kind of a stretch.
Sound modding however would be great. But we need a way to convert at3 files to wav. I tried the known ways with no success.

A quick headsup. My arctool doesn't properly support PS3 REmaster files afterall. It'll extract some files correctly, but most will be corrupt. I'm trying to fix it, but so far I'm having a bit of difficulty.

If someone want to use one of the custom models for PC how convert it to the a console version like XBOX 360, exist a model converter program or something like that???
