Hey there.

I've just purchased RE4 UHD on Steam and I'd love to be able to play as Ada in the main campaign (replacing Leon's model) but I can't see to figure out how to do it and I can't find a mod that allows this. Any ideas?

I then tried to play as Barry and Chris skins in the main campaign, I did the following:

Pasted the 'pl19.udas' for example file into 'em' folder

Pasted the '01000019.pack.yz2' for example into the 'ImagePackHD' folder

Loaded up the game, selected 'new game' and it is still showing the normal Leon skin.

What am I doing wrong? I've tried keeping the original files above in the folders and then I tried swapping them and nothing appears to allow me to reskin. Could someone please explain what I'm doing wrong?

My RE4 files are located in: Z:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Resident Evil 4\BIO4

When you start a new game, the default character would be Leon with jacket that is pl00.udas model. Thus if you want to play as another character, must replace it with pl00.udas. You can try my chris plain model.

Then after level 1-1 the character model would be pl080.udas(try chris bsaa).

After wearing bullet proof vest pl09.udas(try chris bsaa vest).

Second custom pl10.udas(try chris stars) and the third custom pl19.udas(try barry burton)

And remember in this game, you can not just pickup a model and rename it to another one and then start playing.

Both the model and it's texture pack must be generated for a specific character and sadly, renaming/replacing with another model will not work this time(unlike 2007 version).

I'm sorry for sounding so clueless, but I can't seem to find Wilsonso's trainer or rehud sessions?

Also, is it actually possible to swap Leon's model at the beginning of the game with Ada's default skin? I really want to play the full game as Ada, I know during cutscenes, etc it will be Leon's voice and I can live with that. I'd just really like to play using Ada's model, anyone know how to make this a reality?
