when looking through some arc files, i found this rather high poly model of vergil. there's only one bone in the model. and the model is pre-posed. probably to make a render. i have no idea why this model is in his player arc. but it looks cool! edit. the model is actually just as high poly as his player model.

DMC4SE is a little tricky to work with right now. for the past few days i've been trying to get a completed model import with some help from Zero. but it's extremely finicky. when textures are not compressed correctly the game sometimes loads them. but loading is extremely slow and can crash the game. NM and MM textures like Zero said are a weird format and they so far have never worked 100% correct for me. i've had it close, but then they'd only work in some rooms and in other rooms they'd be completely messed up again. WIP. this mod isn't even closed to finished for various reasons. mainly because of rigging stuff, and textures. This picture has disabled bump and specs: this picture has wonky enabled spec maps (don't think this one had correct bump mapping on it) in this senario if i moved the lighting on her would go all over the place.

I managed to edit a NM texture. Looks like there's a bit of a work-around to it. After saving as an ATI2/3DC Though you're required to keep the dimensions of the texture you're editing and copy the header over.

After saving as an ATI2/3DC Though you're required to keep the dimensions of the texture you're editing and copy the header over. nice work do you think the same would work for the MM textures? --- with some help from Zero the stretching thingies are now gone. all i need to do now is the NM's and MM's
