Hey don't need to be desperate everybody is busy doing something so take it easy. Did you see this video tut here. Also look for the video tut in re rev how to mod step by step is about the same but I pointed out several errors you may get in 3ds. Moreover you cannot just unrap in 3ds max and think that would be fun and easy. You will have to work the model with other programs to fix the uv coordinates. Try exporting it to .3ds file then back to the mod and see what happens. But first go and check the tutorial sections in all the selections in this forum. It takes time to get to mod so take it easy pal.

did you try it? did you try to export back and forward the file? yes it's not working at all. so i'm asking for some help, at least hint, i'm not a dead zombie dude. i did everything i know. Take it easy I'm trying to help pal. At least I kind of care you know. Anyway I was checking your files and yes the uvs are mess up If you want let me have the original file the obj or smd or whatever but the original and I will get you a .max file or a obj file that you can work with.

yes i know that 1 hr ago, so i fixed uv mess and now trying to export/import as you said. i will tell you when it's done
