Use These Lines Of Text In the arc unpacker and repacker this will auto convert them too dds and repack them back to text
Unpack
arctool -x -re6 -texRE6 -pc -txt -tex %1 %2 %3 %4 %5 %6 %7 %8 %9 Arc_Name.Arc
Repack
arctool -c -re6 -texRE6 -alwayscomp -pc -txt -tex -v 7 %1 %2 %3 %4 %5 %6 %7 %8 %9 Arc_Name

I don't know how does this works for some people but my pc blocs every freaking thing that access the cmd or runs with external dlls. However if I create a folder in user or documents and it is in there it works. Also the batch proccess works better if you drag and drop the tex in the batch instead of adding the names. At least it works for me that way xd. But Z info is also necessary and really useful.
