i found the issues online.
it seems to be the new geforce experience and the newest, latest driver
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This is a compatibility issue between SweetFX and:
NVidia GeForce Experience 2.1.2.0
This comes with:
NVidia GeForce 344.11 Driver - WHQL
Solutions
a) If you wish to keep the latest driver. From the Control Panel - Programs and Features section, uninstall:
NVidia GeForce Experience 2.1.2.0
b) Or if you wish to keep ShadowPlay and other GeForce Experience features. Revert to older drivers:
GeForce 340.52 Driver - WHQL GeForce 337.88 Driver - WHQL
