are you able to load this model up in a program and output the UV map? i do not have 3DMax and i cannot make accurate edits if i cannot see the UV maps surface and borders.

I'm not quite sure I understand completely what your trying to do? To open the UVs you can open them using the Photoshop DDS plugin.

So I opened up HeadPiersAsia and HeadPiersOmake00, then switch the .mod and .mrl from HeadPiersAsia to HeadPiersOmake00. Then copied the data folder from HeadPiersAsia in with the arc folder, thus the .mrl can take the textures from there. Thus creating the swap.
