Does someone know how to do this? I searched for a long time but I didn't find anything.

It is a trainer developed by nobody-knows, that allow us to use avaliable speech in game that usually isn't accesible, except for AI, with online functionality. It's something like Winsonso trainer make in RE5. I don't know if it is in a beta or will never be released for public, but, I believe that if Mr. Nightmare has any involvement in development, we may forget. How himself told in previously posts.

Interesting. I've played with Tyra before. But at those times it wasn't him/her using it.
2h31m24s if it doesn't work for you.

All I know is, it's done with a (most likely) custom built trainer with a speech hack that enable the player to assign various speeches (that are in-game but aren't accessible to us) to the keys...apart from the ones already in use... The trainer is made by "Maluc"(so I've heard), and it's been passed on down to Karparow, Syndeh and now Tyra has it too...
If you really want those speeches, you can mod the original speeches with those using the .ARC tool and the .STQ editor (which isn't easy to come by these days since Mr.Nightmare, the creator, removed all his tools after he got banned.). But if you manage to get your hands on it somehow, you can edit the default (a total of 6) speeches with any speech you feel like using. (Just a tip.)
Note: Avoid using trainers of any sort for whatever reason it maybe. It's best to stay clean on online gaming.
Peace.

i know someone who wrote a trainer that allowed speech functions. the trainer was coded in assembly. for those who know programming will know what assembly is. anyway that person has as far as i'm aware not shared the tool publicly and i believe he has no intention on doing so.
(before you ask: no it's not Mr.Nightmare, and no i do not have this tool)
