Hi there first of.
I think you should start over with the texture editing, if you still have the DDS for Ada keep it.
Sectus (Fluffyquack) arctool you need to edit the extract and repack so that they have -tex in them, this is how they should look:
Extract - " arctool -x -re6 -texRE6 -alwayscomp -pc -txt -v 7 -tex %1 %2 %3 %4 %5 %6 %7 %8 %9 "
Repack - " arctool -c -re6 -texRE6 -alwayscomp -pc -txt -v 7 -tex %1 %2 %3 %4 %5 %6 %7 %8 %9 "
If you do that texture edits should work now.
Regarding your 2nd post, the arc tools batch files don't have errors, it needs "-tex" in it to properly work.
Also .lmt files are to do with animations, so it's a little confusing seeing as you didn't edit those, but I'm guessing it was the command prompt stuff you said your friends did?
Anyhow, if you edit the batch files and put -tex in the same place as shown above, your texture edits should work fine.
Remember when editing DDSs that if it doesn't have an alpha channel save it as DDS1 if it does save it as DDS5.
