Finally finished, the rigging is spot on I say so myself tiny bit bugged in the eyes rigging since I messed with the skeleton to get the model to fit so that kinda sucks but apart from that its perfect you will have to re name the file onto who you would like to replace as I couldn't decide on who I would like her over this means I haven't done a SFX file yet...
I have included HD textures in which you will have to texture dump in your emulator. LINK

Beautiful! Sadly, Leon and Ada sometimes have a hard time loading in together and hang on NOW LOADING/CRASH (especially with a third player added)
Any way to request an even lower poly version of either Ada or Leon or both? Thanks

Thanks I have made a lower poly Leon I could just give him 1 texture map as this would lower the file size I can do the same with Ada too but texture dumping would def be needed since they would be extremely blurry, next thing I could do is remove the gear they have since this would be a chunk removed I would lower the polygons even more but they will become to look messy so I don't think its worth doing that not only that then I would need to edit the rig again which would take a few hours, let me know what you think.

I use texture replacements all the time so that isn't a problem. If that would easily solve the hanging/crashing. It just feels weird not to be able to have leon and ada together! haha. The limitations of the ps2!!
I'm not really sure what to suggest since I don't usually deal with models! But def interested in these two being more friendly to load into matches with more players.
