I swapped barry's headbutt to josh's chokeslam since they are both grapple melee moves but when i tried it ingame all majinis disappear including barry and i got a big fps drop, here's the steps i made, i swapped barry animation 9 - headbutt to josh animation 6 - chokeslam and i also swapped barry animation 14 - majini's reaction to headbutt to josh animation 14 - majini's reaction to chokeslam. idk any solutions for this bug so if you know how to fix it please let me know, thanks.

Use "Extract / Repack" to extract Barry and Josh's action.lmt files. Next, use "External Animation Swap" to swap the martial arts data you just extracted. Then repack and apply the files to the game and it will work without any problems.
This problem probably occurred because you swapped the martial arts data in the raw .lmt files without extracting the files with "Extract / Repack".

Then repack and apply the files to the game and it will work without any problems. This problem probably occurred because you swapped the martial arts data in the raw .lmt files without extracting the files with "Extract / Repack". hey just tried what you said it worked but the majini chokeslam animation is not full, anyway thank you though

Barry's .hit file is in "uPl06BarryNormal/pawn/pl/pl1c/soft", open that file in any hex editor and change the values. i tried putting josh's finisher values into barry's headflash values and that doesn't seem to work :/ If you don't copy the values of the same taijutsu, such as head melee to head melee and arm front melee to arm front melee, the game will crash. What you need to do is find where the numbers that control melee's hit timing are located. The only solution is to manually change the numbers in the .hit file and keep playing the game to check. This is a task that no one has ever done because it is extremely troublesome.
