I've been trying to get the Rebecca-Lady Hunk skin from the Ultimate Hunk Pack (By Knabsi and Yumiko) to work on Sheva but I simply don't know how the thing works, having files like BODY_DIFF.tex that I don't know what I should do with. I would like to keep Sheva's melee animations and Lady Hunk's voice, as for which costume I'm ok with any, though I would prefer the BSAA one since it's the only one I have an invisible cutscene head for, if you pick another costume and also have an invisible head for it that would be nice.

I found a mod, very recently, for this. Doesn't have the new voicelines, it's just Sheva's default voice & melee. Replaces her Fairytale outfit:
