I tried to use the method of using the ARC unpacker and swapping files around but it seems that it no longer works since now the arc files only have like 4-5 files inside. Is there another way to do it??

use this arctool
www.mediafire.com/file/ox5xcpn3wfy2dbq/arctool.rar/file

put the arc together these files then throw it on the bat to extract.
then rename the files inside the folder with characters name and throw the folder over the bat again to repack it back to arc file
