¡Hello!
I hope y'all are doing well. I bring to you an old mod that i adjusted with all the knowledge i've been gathering through the years. As result, today i present to you this stunning lady with her long ass dress ready to kick some majini asses.
She replaces Excella from Mercenaries Reunion (uPl05ExcellaNormal.arc) She also comes with her own voice (Made by the lovely Yumiko ) Also, she has mod manager compatibility, since this is an aggresive mod that will add more than the usual 1 file that my mods usually contains.
So! Enjoy! This is how she looks:
Im pretty happy with how she turned out. Remember, re5 doesn't have clothing physics for the most characters, so i had to simulate the dress movement with leg bones. The result it's pretty acceptable for re5 if you ask me.
All her textures are with the original resolution, that's why you can spot the fabric details all over her dress. Also, her white-ish tongue is supposed to look like that, so im not considering it like an issue.
Features:
- Full facial and hair rigging, her eyes don't clip through the head even when performing most of her melees.
- Custom voices replacing most of her voices commands and her sfx.
- Almost a clipless experience (She still clips, but i tried to cover most of the issues hehe)
- Original meshes ported over (i just got rid of some aditional meshes, nothing was optimized since i wanted to do a full port of our lady <3)
- Mod Manager Compatibility.
Known issues:
- Sometimes her leg can disappear if you aim carefully from her legs to her chest.
- Hair can go through her hat. I can fix this but i rather leave her hair moving.
- Hair doesn't contain all the backface Culling since it messed up her transparency if i added it.

- Voices don't replace all her commands and sfx.
- Some testers reported to me that the mod had a fps impact of 6-7 fps when using a low end pc and 4 Alcinas in the same match.
- Her proportions were adjusted, which means she might look a bit "big" in some angles (considering she's supposed to be as giant as Madame Maxime from Harry Potter, i say she looks freaking gorgeous <3)
